SUMMARY
CenterPoint Energy selected the Maneri~Agraz team of lighting professionals to provide energy efficient lighting retrofits in five of their service center facilities in the greater Houston area.
Each of these facilities received comprehensive lighting retrofits of the offices, maintenance garages and warehousing areas providing improved lighting and high return on investment.
Office areas were retrofit with 28 watt T8 lamps and 3rd generation high efficiency ballasts.
Warehouse areas were converted from HID systems to T5HO linear fluorescent systems with sensors that turn fixtures off when the space is unoccupied, providing approximately 70% energy savings.
Maintenance garage areas were converted from HID to T5HO linear fluorescent fixtures providing 50% energy savings.
Installations were completed seamlessly and without interruption to the facility processes.
