SUMMARY
Quaker Oats selected the Maneri~Agraz team of lighting professionals to provide energy efficient lighting retrofits in two of their manufacturing facilities in Kansas and California.
Each of these facilities received comprehensive lighting retrofits of the offices, manufacturing and warehouse facilities providing improved lighting and high return on investment.
Office areas were retrofit with 28 watt T8 lamps and 3rd generation high efficiency ballasts. Warehouse areas were converted from HID systems to T5HO linear fluorescent systems with sensors that turn fixtures off when the space is unoccupied, providing approximately 70% energy savings.
Manufacturing areas were converted from HID to T5HO linear fluorescent vapor tight fixtures providing 50% energy savings. Installations were completed seamlessly and without interruption to the facility processes.
