SUMMARY:
Dole Packaged Foods selected the Maneri~Agraz team of lighting professionals to provide energy efficient lighting retrofits in their main manufacturing facility in Atwater, California.
The facility received comprehensive lighting retrofits of the offices, manufacturing, warehouse and cold storage facilities providing improved lighting and high return on investment.
Office areas were retrofit with T8 lamps and 3rd generation high efficiency ballasts and occupancy sensors.
Warehouse and manufacturing areas were converted from HID systems to T8 linear fluorescent systems with sensors that turn fixtures off when the space is unoccupied, providing approximately 60% energy savings.
Cold storage facilities were retrofit with new LED high bay fixtures with occupancy sensors. Measurement & verification performed by Dole, post retrofit showed 92% savings in cold storage facilities.
Installations were completed seamlessly and without interruption to the facility processes.
