HOUSTON, TX – November 10, 2011 – Maneri-Agraz, a Houston-based lighting retrofit company, has expanded their business offerings to include a supply procurement division known as Maneri-Agraz Energy Services. The goal of the new division is to match customer needs with energy supply contracts, enabling customers to successfully reduce energy costs and consumption while improving efficiencies.
The new Energy Services team will provide clients with customized recommendations on quality supplier and product selection and negotiate customer contracts. This innovative approach focuses on the customer’s unique business needs, keeping the division in line with the Maneri –Agraz core values of integrity and ingenuity.
“Energy procurement is the perfect complement to our current efficiency offerings,” said founder John Maneri. “We provide a total energy solution to our customers with the option to finance their efficiency projects directly through their electric bill.”
Customer energy needs could include lowering costs, reducing consumption, or integrating alternative energy options. Maneri-Agraz will operate as a consultant, representing multiple suppliers and selecting the most appropriate fit for the client.
