Survey & Design
Your commercial energy audit by a Maneri-Agraz lighting professional begins with a detailed analysis with a complete survey of the existing lighting system. During this process we catalog the following information on a room by room basis directly into our database system via a tablet PC:
- Room Name
- Fixture Type
- Fixture Quantity
- Lamp Type
- Ballast Type
- System Wattage
- Voltage
- Hours of Operation
- Conditioned/Unconditioned Space
All surveys are performed by an certified lighting professional (LC), certified by the NCQLP (National Council on Qualifications for the Lighting Profession). This is the most qualified certification credential currently available for the lighting profession.
An LC professional will design the most cost effective lighting solution for each facility, incorporating all of the client’s goals and objectives, while maximizing energy savings and delivering the requested amount of light throughout the facility.
