Qualification
During the education process we ask our clients pointed questions regarding their facility that we can use in evaluating the potential cost/ savings equation and to decide if we think the project will make sense and meet the internal requirements of the client client.
Site Survey & Evaluation
If all systems are go after the first two steps, Maneri~Agraz will dispatch a lighting professional to the site, at no cost to the client, to perform a detailed evaluation of the existing lighting system, and begin the design process of a new energy efficient system.
Proprietary Software
All information from the survey is quickly downloaded into our advanced proprietary database system, where final design work is accomplished, savings calculations are perform, and final pricing completed.
Proposal Delivery
Within a week of our site visit, a detailed proposal binder is delivered to our client that provides all of the information they will need to satisfy the facility managers as well as the financial managers of their firm.
Mock-Ups
If a client is unsure about how the technology will perform in their facility, Maneri~Agraz will provide sample fixtures that can demonstrate the performance of the new lighting system before our clients ever have to commit to spending capital.

Pre-Construction Meeting
