The Maneri~Agraz lighting team takes pride in their unique lighting solutions for challenging and difficult projects that most other lighting companies run from.
Difficult Installations:
Our team of Project Managers and lighting contractors have 15+ years of experience working in some of the most difficult and taxing environments imaginable. Whether it is a 24/7 food and beverage operation, a busy Air Force aircraft hanger, or a steel forging facility, our installation team will find a way to “get it done” without asking our customer to shut down production or in any way alter their schedules. We typically work off shifts, weekends, shift changes, holidays and periods when lines are shut down for maintenance to get to those difficult areas while not impacting operations.
Challenging ROI Designs:
Our team of Lighting Designers like nothing better than a client to challenge them with a low ROI target in an environment with no low hanging fruit. This is what separates Maneri~Agraz from our competition. Rather than telling our client “no way”, our commercial energy audit dives into the details and finds creative ways to save additional energy, reduce fixture quantities, develop custom retrofit kits, turn fixtures off, reduce installation costs, reduce life cycle costs, and increase utility incentives.
As an example, 12 years ago, Johnson Space Center asked for a ROI that they did not think could be accomplished. John Maneri and his team devised a creative way to tandem wire fixtures with a 6” gap between them without the ability to open ceiling tiles and work above it due to asbestos issues. This creativity turned a non opportunity into a $3 million lighting project within 128 buildings on the JSC campus. Click here to see letter from Johnson Space Center Energy Manager.
If you have been told “it cannot be done” or given lighting proposals that do not meet your internal ROI hurdle rates, give the Maneri~Agraz team a chance to get creative and find a way to make it happen for your facility.
