Maneri~Agraz provides each client with a Triple Guarantee that ensures our lighting solutions meet our cost and savings estimates included in our proposal.
1. Firm Fixed Price Guarantee
Every lighting proposal that Maneri~Agraz delivers to a client includes a firm fixed price guarantee. This guarantees that a Maneri~Agraz lighting professional will complete the scope of work included in the proposal at the proposed price and will never request a change order unless the client specifically requests additional scope of work to be performed. If any inefficient fixtures are missed on the survey, within the interior footprint of the facility, Maneri~Agraz will perform those lighting retrofits at NO COST to the client.
This guarantee provides our clients with the security of knowing that there are no hidden costs associated with the project and that every light fixture needing an upgrade will be included at the agreed upon price.
2. Energy Savings Guarantee
Maneri~Agraz calculates both the kW and kWh savings associated with the scope of work; however, because we cannot control the client’s hours of operation, we can only guarantee the kW reduction. This savings is a simple calculation. kW saved = (Existing Watts – Proposed Watts)/1,000. Our database calculations use the manufacturers published wattage for both the existing and proposed lighting fixtures. Your lighting professional can then measure assumptions by taking pre and post amp readings at the breaker panels to confirm the energy reduction.
If our kW saved falls short, Maneri~Agraz will perform other energy savings measures to make up the differential or credit the client the appropriate funds associated with the lost savings.
3. Rebate Guarantee
Within all utility jurisdictions that allow for payment of the lighting rebate incentive to go directly to the contractor, Maneri~Agraz will guarantee the estimated rebate value in our proposal by allowing our clients to net it out of the final purchase order value.
This provides our clients with the comfort of knowing that there will not be any changes in their ROI calculations at the end of the project if the final commercial lighting rebate value is significantly reduced for any reason. Maneri~Agraz is solely at risk for collecting the rebate funds from the utility, and because of that we exercise extreme due diligence in calculating that value for our clients.
